SOURDOUGH BREAD

Here at Flinders Sourdough, we bake our bread using a natural slow fermentation process and 100% organic Australia flour. The result is a full flavoured nutritious sourdough loaf packed with nutrients & low in gluten. 

 

Everything is baked in the original Flinders’ Wood-fired Scotch Oven using traditional hand shaping and cutting techniques that have been used for hundreds of years.

All our sourdough breads are hand made by our friendly team of bakers. Visit our bakery at 58 Cook St, Flinders to see our team in action and grab a loaf.
